Clean Plast Purging Compound

Clean Plast Purging Compound is a specially developed, ready-to-use purging compound delivered in a premixed pellet form. It is specifically developed for cleaning screws, barrels, nozzles, and hot runners to remove burned material, color hang-ups, deposits, and black specks during color and/or material changes.


 

CP-H, CP-H-EC

Clean Plast CP-H / CP-H-EC is used to clean screws, barrels, nozzles, and hot runners to remove burned material, color hang-ups, deposits, and black specks during both color and/or material changes.

For Use with These Resins: PA-PC-ABS-SAN-PMMA-PVC
Processing Temperature Range: 374º F to 608º F (190º C to 320º C)


 

CP-P, CP-P-EC

Clean Plast CP-P / CP-P-EC is used to clean screws, barrels, nozzles, and hot runners to remove burned material, color hang-ups, deposits, and black specks during both color and/or material changes.

For Use with These Resins: PVC, EVA, POM, HDPE, LDPE, PP, Polyolefin
Processing Temperature Range: 338º F to 572º F (140º C to 300º C)


 

CP-PET

 CLEAN PLAST® CP-PET is used to clean screws, barrels, nozzles, and hot runners to remove burned material, color hang-ups, deposits, and black specks during both color and/or material changes.

For Use with These Resins: PET
Processing Temperature Range: 485ºF to 690ºF (250ºC to 365ºC).


 

CP-HT

CLEAN PLAST® CP-HT is used to clean screws, barrels, nozzles, and hot runners to remove burned material, color hang-ups, deposits, and black specks during both color and/or material changes.

For Use with These Resins: PET, or other high-temperature materials with a minimum melting point of 485ºF and a maximum melting point of 720ºF.
Processing Temperature Range: 485ºF to 720ºF (250ºC to 385ºC).
